The Biscuit Bros

Biscuit Bum is a fusion of culinary craftsmanship and design innovation, built by brothers Joshua and Matthew Rosario. Joshua, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, founded the company with a vision to bring high-quality, handcrafted biscuits to East Hampton. Matthew, a Parsons School of Design student, later joined, using his expertise in branding and experiential design to help expand Biscuit Bum beyond farmers markets and into retail.

Together, they blend food and design to create not just a bakery, but a brand that fosters connection. From recipe development to visual identity, every detail is intentional, ensuring Biscuit Bum feels as personal as it tastes. Their shared vision goes beyond biscuits, it’s about crafting experiences, building community, and elevating simple ingredients into something unforgettable.
